Nation celerating Mahatma's 137th Birthday
Bangalore, Oct 2: India today observes 137th birthday of Mahatma Gandhi. Fondly called as 'Bapu', the Father of Nation, spread the message of peace and non-violence throughout the world.
His most preferred tool 'Satyagrah' marked its 100th year in 2006.
However, this Gandhi Jayanthi is seeing more interest among people. The 'Gandhigiri' portrayed in the movie 'Lage raho Munnabhai' surely did give a new lease of life to Gandhian values.
