Gandhi Jayanti celebrated in Manipur

Imphal, Oct 2 (UNI) Manipur Governor S S Sidhu today led the state in offering tributes to the father of the nation at a function held at the Gandhi memorial hall here.

The entire Cabinet of Chief Minister O. Ibobi Singh, MLAs and senior state government officials also attended the function. Floral tributes were offered at the bust of Mahatma Gandhi and devotional songs sung.
