Vishal Retail to open 12 mega marts this year

Jalandhar, Oct 1 (UNI) Targeting a turnover of Rs 5,000 crore by 2010, Vishal Retail Pvt Ltd, the owners of leading chain of superstores, will open 12 new mega marts at different places in the country in the current financial year.

Talking to reporters here, company Zonal Manager Sudarshan Acharya said that presently the company owned 39 mega mart superstores in 29 towns of the country.

The company is also contemplating its expansion in some foreign cities including Bangkong and Dubai. It had already opened its corporate branch in China, he added.
