Visualsoft to merge with Megasoft

Hyderabad, Sep 30 (UNI) The Board of Directors of Visualsoft Technologies, have in principle approved to merge Visualsoft with Megasoft Limited.

The Board of Directors, which met today also decided to look into other strategic business opportunities to expand the company's business, a company release here said.
