Vimal Oils and Foods Ltd files draft prospectus

Mumbai, Sept 30: The Ahmedabad-based Vimal Oil and Foods Limited has filed before SEBI Security and Exchange Board of India) a draft offer document for its ensuing composite rights/public issue of equity shartes of Rs 10 each at a premium to raise Rs 3,582.50 lakh.

It is proposed to issue shares to the existing shareholders Rs 682.50 lakhs and the balance through the public issue. The funds raised will be utilized to part finance the company's Rs 4,132.50 lakh snack food project being located at Mehsana, a release said.
