During their meeting with the Home Minister, the delegation of traders, led by the Confederation of All India Traders, discussed at length various issues related to sealing and demanded that the Union Government protect the traders, their employees and their families from sealing.

Accordingly, the delegation demanded a Constitutional Amendment for regularising all existing business establishments as on December 31, 2005.

During the meeting with the traders, where Delhi Police Commissioner K. K. Paul and MCD Commissioner A. K.
