Ravana effigy stolen

Jhabua(MP), Sep 29(UNI) A unique theft, that of Ravana effigy, was reported in Jhabua district in western Madhya Pradesh.

Police sources said thieves had stolen the effigy being prepared for the Dussehra festival at Udaygarh block headquarter on Wednesday night. Following a complaint by the artisans engaged in preparing it, police launched a search and at last found the abandoned effigy in a well.
