MCD JE arrested for graft

New Delhi, Sep 29 (UNI) A Junior Engineer of Municipal Corporation of Delhi has been caught red-handed while accepting Rs 15,000 as a bribe, police said today.

Accused V S Chauhan, posted in Geeta Colony, had demanded the bribe from a contractor for clearing bills related to construction works in the area.

He was nabbed by Anti-Corruption Bureau officials who laid a trap following a complaint by the contractor.
