Mamata Banerjee's condition stable but unchanged
Kolkata, Sep 29 (UNI) The condition of All India Trinamool Congress (AITC) supremo Mamata Banerjee, admitted to a city nursing home following breathlessness, was today stable but unchanged.
According to a medical bulletin, issued by the nursing home quoting doctors attending on AITC leader, as Ms Banerjee complained of continuous pain in her chest, a number of medical tests had been conducted on her besides ECGs and MRI scan to diagnose the exact nature of her condition.
But as she still complained of pain, the doctors advised her complete rest for the next few days, the bulletin quoting the doctors said.
Ms Banerjee was admitted to the South Kolkata nursing home on September 27, a day after the alleged misbehaviour of the Hooghly district police, who had used 'lathis' to ward-off a peaceful demonstration of farmers at Singur against the acquisition of farm land for the proposed small car unit of the Tata under her leadership.
