Indian wins luxury apartment

Dubai, Sep 28 (UNI) An Indian IT professional on a stopover here from South Africa, won a luxury apartment, when his purchase coupon for gold was raffled.

The winner, Zaki Parvez, had misplaced the coupon that entitled him to the mega prize offered by the Dubai Gold and Jewellery Group, a consortium of retailers, who held the draw on September 1, at the conclusion of the Dubai Summer Surprises tourism promotion month.

When DGJG informed Parvez that he won an apartment in the upcoming Dubai International city as the top prize, his family joined him to search for the missing coupon that was finally found at their Bangalore home.
