HNLC Ultra surrenders

Shillong, Sep 29 (UNI) Hynniewtrep National Liberation Council (HNLC) ultra, identifed as Dap Singh Ritshong alias Syrpai, yesterday surrendered before East Khasi Hills district Superintendent of Police A R Mawthoh here.

Ritshong, who joined the banned outfit in 2003 had undergone guerrilla training in Bangladesh.
