Dronacharya Cricket Foundation defeats Agra School

Patiala, Sep 29 (UNI) In the Punjab Today Foundation Cup Cricket Tournament (Under 14), Dronacharya Cricket Foundation, Delhi, defeated Agra School, Agra, by 61 runs.

Agra School team won the toss and elected to field. The Delhi team notched up 192 for 9 in the allotted 50 overs. Chirag played a scintillating innings of 65, supported by Ravneet 27 and Suvansh 15. For Agra, Mohit captured 2 for 10, Nishant 3 for 10 and Yash 1 for 11.

Agra School, in reply, were all out for 132 in 39.4 overs. D Sinha with 31, Amit Pachora 29 and Ravi Yadav 21 were the main run getters. For Delhi team, Rohit Choudhary bagged 4 for 12, Ketan Garg 3 for 25 and Chirag 3 for 27. Chirag was declared Man of the Match.
