DM injured in monkey attack

Hajipur, Sep 29 (UNI) District Magistrate of Vaishali Lallan Singh was injured when a troop of monkeys went on a rampage attacking him during his morning stroll today.

Official sources said here that the incident occurred at the lawn of his official residence.

Mr Singh sustained minor injuries and was released after treatment at a local hospital.

Senior district officials rushed to the spot.
