BEML declares 70 per cent final dividend

Bangalore, Sep 29 (UNI) Public sector Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) has declared a final dividend of 70 per cent for shareholders on the paid up capital of the company.

The Board of Directors approved the final dividend at the 42nd Annual General Meeting held here under the Chairmanship of Chairman and Managing Director V RS Natarajan yesterday, according to a company release here today.

This dividend, in addition to the 30 per cent dividend already paid by BEML, aggregates to 100 per cent total dividend for the financial year 2005-06. In 2004-05 too, BEML had paid 100 per cent dividend to its shareholders.
