Mamata admitted to hospital, condition stable
Kolkata, Sept 28: Trinamool Congress (TMC) Chief Mamata Banerjee was admitted in a city nurshing home early today after she complained off chestpain and breathlessness.
Party general secretray Gokul Roy told sources that she was rushed to hospital after she experienced pain while breathing and is under treatment of oxygen and saline.
However, the doctors attending her have said the condition of Ms Banerjee was stable.
Mr Roy said the party supremo was suffering from severe chest pain, respiratory trouble and Haematoma due to 'injury' she suffered during the schuffle with state police while staging a dharna at Singur on September 25.
''The pain and the breathlessness is a result of the injury she recieved at Singur,'' Mr Roy alleged.
