Toyota Kirloskar launches new service
Kochi, Sep 27 (UNI) Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) today announced the launch of a new vehicle servicing called, the Express Maintenance (EM) Service for all Toyota vehicles that will reduce the servicing time of a vehicle to one hour from the existing one day.
The new service would eliminate the stagnation time in-between processes and reduce process time.
Inaugurating the EM Service here, Toyota Kirloskar Motor Director (Marketing) T Ino said, '' implementation of Toyota Customer Service Marketing (TSM) will strengthen the foundations of Dealer after-sales operations and recognizes achievements in standards of customer care.'' The new service option will be available to customers at the same price as the normal service.
