Toyota Kirloskar launches EM service

Kochi, Sept 27 (UNI) Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) today announced the launch of a new global standard in vehicle servicing, the Express Maintenance (EM) Service that promises one-hour periodic maintenance servicing for all Toyota vehicles.

Inaugurating the EM Service here, Mr T Ino, Director of Marketing, Toyota Kirloskar Motor said, '' implementation of Toyota Customer Service Marketing (TSM) strengthens the foundations of Dealer after-sales operations and recognizes achievements in standards of customer care.'' This service option is available to customers at the same price as the normal service.

This initiative utilizes the Toyota Production System and Kaizen methodologies to increase customer satisfaction and retention, he added.

The EM Service reduces the servicing time of a vehicle to one hour from the existing one day by eliminating the stagnation time of in-between processes and by reducing process time.

'' It is our constant endeavour to provide our customers value addition in our services. Through the EM Service, we not only offer our customer speedy and efficient services but upkeep our commitment to Quality, '' said Mr K Kuroda, General Manager of Customer Service, Toyota Kirloskar Motor.

The service was launched by Mr Ino in the presence of Mr Kuroda and Mr M A M Babu Moopan, Chairman&Managing Director, Nippon Toyota and other company officials.
