Sicol to take over Bergen Offshore Logistics of Singapore

Mumbai, Sep 27 (UNI) The board of Sical Logistics Ltd has approved a proposal of acquiring 100 percent stake in Singapore's Bergen Offshore Logistics Ptv Ltd.

However, the company has not offered any financial details on the acqusition.

Informing BSE, the company said that the Board meeting took place today also cleared a proposal to invest in Sical Iron Ore Terminals Ltd, the Special Purpose Vehicle formed to implement the Ennore Iron Ore Terminal on BOT basis.
