Property attachment order against Sadhu Yadav

Gopalganj, Sep 27 (UNI) A local court today directed the attachment of property of RJD leader Anirudh Prasad Yadav alias Sadhu Yadav (MP) in connection with alleged manhandling of a candidate for the post of chairman of block development committee during the Panchayat election held this year.

The Chief Judicial Magistrate of Gopalganj, Justice Abhimanyu Lal Srivastav, issued the order for attaching the property of RJD MP following a prayer by local police in the court.

Earlier, proclamation notice was issued by the Chief Judicial Magistrate of Gopalganj in connection with the case.

Mr Yadav had manhandled Dinesh Sahu, who was a candidate for the Chairman of the Phulwaria block during the Panchayat election this year. A case in this connection was lodged with the Phulwaria police station.
