Kozhikode, Sep 27 (UNI) Describing the report on Marad communal violence presented to Kerala Assembly today as biased, the National Democratic Front(NDF), an accused in the case, said it was mainly based on the statements given by Sangh Parivar in the State.

The findings of Justice Thomas P Joseph Commission on the Marad beach violence that claimed nine lives on May two, 2003 was only repetitions of RSS allegation about involvement of Muslim fundamentalists in the case, NDF Chairman A Sayeed and General secretary Nasarudeen Elamaram told newspersons here.

Welcoming CBI probe as recommeded by the Kerala government, they said the organisation was prepared to face any inquiry to bring out truth in the case.

No single person out of the 139 accused facing trial and languishing in jail in the case has any connection or affiliation to the NDF, they said adding ''neither we have workers or units at the trouble-torn area''.
