New Delhi, Sep 27: Leading manufacturer of utility vehicle and tractors Mahindra&Mahindra today said its board will meet on October 26 to consider financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2006.

''A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 26, 2006, for taking on record the company's unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2006,'' a company statement said.

Earlier this week, the Mahindra and Mahindra group announced its investment plans in Bihar's agriculture, rural finance and information technology sector.
