Ion Exchange's board approves JV/subsidiary in Oman

New Delhi, Sep 27 (UNI) Water management and treatment company Ion Exchange India Ltd today announced that its board has approved setting up of a joint venture or subsidiary, Ion Exchange LLC, in Sultanate of Oman with an equity investment of Rs 1.125 crore.

The JV/subsidiary when set up will trade in water treatment, effluent treatment plants and pollution control equipments.

Earlier, its board had approved setting up of a subsidiary in Bangladesh.
