HC orders notice to Govt. on writ of management consortium

Kochi, Sep 27 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today issued notice to the state government and Commissioner of Entrance Examinations on a writ petition filed by the consortium of the managements of un-aided self-financing professional colleges, challenging the action of the Justice P A Mohamed Committee declaring void the entrance test held on September 21 by the consortium for the admission in four self-financing professional colleges newly sanctioned in the state.

However, Justice S Siri Jagan was not inclined to stay the action of the Committee.

The Court also opined that the admission test was suspicious.
