Dhanprayog Investments to enter into JV with overseas co

New Delhi, Sep 27 (UNI) Dhanprayog Investments Company today announced plans to team up in a joint venture with an overseas company and others primarily for making strategic investments in other global companies.

The investment, funded by way of equity participation and interest-free loan, will be made with a view to achieving long term wealth creation and therefore income returns will be minimal, a company statement said.

The investment will be made after obtaining requisite approval(s).
