Babbar terms Amar Singh ''wheeler-dealer'', slams up regime

Siddharthnagar, Sep 27 (UNI) Jan Morcha (JM) leader and cinestar Raj Babbar today alleged that Samajwadi Party general secretary Amar Singh was a ''Rashtriya Dalal'' and slammed the Uttar Pradesh government for ''misguiding youth, farmers and labourers in the state.'' Attending a 'Mukti Sangram Yatra', Mr Babbar told mediapersons here, the condition of youth, farmers, traders, and weavers has worsened under the Samajwadi party regime.

'' If Dr Ram Manohar Lohia was alive, he would have felt immensely hurt to see the rule of the Mulayam Singh government,'' he claimed.

Expressing concern over the ''dismal'' law and order situation in UP, he said people lacked basic amenities like water and electricity, while criminal activities have also risen.

''The UP government is only interested in providing benifits to industrialists and is least bothered about the sufferings of farmers,'' he added.
