2 decomposed bodies recovered from a forest near Kohima

Kohima, Sep 27 (UNI) Kohima police has recovered two decomposed bodies, suspected to be NSCN(K) cadres, from a forest near here.

Official sources said the police was able to spot the badly decomposed bodies yesterday evening.

The bodies bore bullet marks on their heads and the eyes were pierced, police said Both the deceased hailed from Viphoma village near here and the bodies have been handed over to their families for the last rites, sources said.

However, investigation is on to ascertain the killings.
