Two killed, three injured in cracker explosion

Rajahmundry, Sep 25 (UNI) Two persons were killed and three others injured, when the crackers they were preparing exploded here this evening at Hanumannagar.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police H D Ramakrishna, the deceased were identified as Lanka Ganeswara Rao and his brother Neelakanteswara Rao.

He said the incident occurred, when both of them along with their helpers were preparing crackers for Diwali.

The injured were admitted to the Government Hospital.

The bodies of the deceased were shifted for post-mortem.
