Sterling Ltd to acquire manufacturing facility in China

New Delhi, Sep 26 (UNI) Sterling Biotech Ltd, leading manufacturers of gelatin, today said it will acquire a gelatin manufacturing facility in China -- China Gelatin Ltd, becoming the first overseas acquisition by the company.

The initiative is in line with the company's philosophy of focusing on the growth market globally, and will enable it to tap new growth markets in Far East Asia including China.

China is amongst major consumers of Gelatin Globally.

The transaction will be all cash deal and will be completed upon receipt of all necessary government approval under applicable laws by each party.
