SEBI suspends UPSE member M/s RBS Srivastava

Mumbai, Sep 26 (UNI) Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s RBS Srivastava Shares&Stock Broker SEBI registration No INB100830714), who is an member of Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange (UPSE), for a period of one month with effect from October 10.

An order to this effect was passed on September 19 by V K Chopra, who is a full time SEBI member, a SEBI Press release said here today.

The firm will not be entitled to carry on the business as a broker with effect from October 10 to November 9, the release added.
