North-zone inter-state badminton championship from Sep 28

Jammu, Sep 26 (UNI) Leading shuttlers from seven states will vie for top honour in the North-Zone Inter-state Badminton Championships at M A Stadium indoor sports complex here from September 28 to 30.

More than 150 players and official from Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and Jammu and Kashmir will participate in the event.

The association also announced the state team for the tournament.

Team: Rahul Sharma(captain), Avnish Sharma, Vikram Saini, Pawanjit Singh, Gurvinder Singh, Sahil Verma, Gagandeep Singh, Naresh Singh, Maninder Singh, Diksha, Vandana, Kanika, Shaifali and Akanksha.
