Belgaum, Sept 26: Karnataka Governor T N Chaturvedi will address members of both the Houses of the Legislature on September 28 to coincide with the ongoing historic session in Belgaum.

The Governor's decision to address members of both the Houses comes in the wake of a controversy, with the Governor clarifying that he had not consented to address a joint session due to his pre-occupation, while clearing the move to hold the session outside Bangalore for the first time. However, the coalition Govt renewed its request to the Governor to address the members on any one of the five-day session.
