Final hearing adjourned to Oct six

Kochi, Sep 26 (UNI) A division bench of the Kerala High Court today adjourned the final hearing in Self Financing College case to October six.

A new bench would be constituted to hear the case since Justice M Ramachandran expressed reluctance to hear the matter.

When the matter came up, the Advocate General submitted that the discussion to reach settlement was on and hearing be postponed to October ten.

Whereas management submitted that they oppose the Self Financing College Act 2006 and a longer adjournment should not be granted.

It was in this circumstance Chief Justice V K Bali and Justice M Ramachandran adjourned the case to October six.
