CR introduces one more rake between Thane and Vashi

Thane, Sep 26 (UNI) As a 'Dassera' gift, Central Railway will introduce one new rake between Thane and Vashi from October 5, 2006.

Presently the Central Railway runs a single rake on the route and makes as many as 22 trips which is barely sufficient.

In view of the increased commuter traffic, a new rake was the need of the hour here, officials said.
