Bihar gets new chief secretary
Patna, Sep 26 (UNI) Senior IAS officer A K Chaudhary has been appointed chief secretary of Bihar, succeeding the present incumbent G S Kang.
Mr Kang would retire from service on September 30 while Mr Chaudhury would adorn the highest bureaucratic office of the state for another 10 months. MR Chaudhury would attain the superannuation age on July 31 next year.
Mr Chaudhary is presently holding the office of Development Commissioner of Bihar.
