Airtel announces bouquet of Navaratri offers

Mumbai, Sep 26: One of the country's leading cellular service provider, Airtel, announced a first-of-its kind Navratri offer,'Gold aur Mobile apna banao, Navratri pe Airtel apnao'.

The limited period offer, which is valid till October 2, enables customers to win prizes every hour. On every new connection of postpaid and prepaid or a new subscriber for Hello Tunes, a customer will get a chance to win a Nokia 2600 and 2 gm Gold Coin. Everyday ten customers will be selected through a lucky draw and will also be given passes for the Sankalp Dandiya Raas at Goregaon Sports Club.

Navratri, the festival of nights, lasts for 9 days with three days each devoted to worship of Maa Durga, the Goddess of Valour, Maa Lakshmi, the Goddess of Wealth and Maa Saraswati, the Goddess of Knowledge. During the nine days of Navratri, feasting and fasting take precedence over all normal daily activities amongst the Hindus.

Evenings are reserved for the religious dance form-Dandiya, performed to worship Goddess Maa Durga.
