Two securitymen hacked to death in TN

Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu, Sep 25 (UNI) In a gruesome incident, two security persons of a private engineering company were hacked to death by a gang at Thuvakudi, near here, early today.

Police said the motive behind the double murder was not known yet.

The unidentified five-member gang, armed with sickles and knives, attacked Paulraj (50) and Santhanam (62), who were doing night duty.

Efforts were on to nab the accused.

A case has been registered and an investigation was underway, police added.
