Shahabuddin's wife granted bail

Siwan, Sep 25(UNI) Chief Judicial Magistrate of Siwan A K Barriyal today granted bail to Hena Sahab, wife of controversial RJD MP Mohammad Shahabuddin, in connection with a case under Arms act.

The CJM in his order has made it clear that the bail granted to Ms Sahab was provisional and she would have to appear on the next date.

Ms Sahab was granted bail in the light of the Supreme Court's order which said that bail would be given to her if she appeared before the district court with the prayer for the same.

Earlier, the RJD leader's wife had approached the Supreme Court for anticipatory bail in the case.
