My dream is to see a Ram Temple at Ayodhya: Advani

Rajkot, Sep 25 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party Leader L K Advani today said that his dream is to see a Ram Temple built at Ayodhya.

Talking to mediapersons at the circuit house here before inaugurating the Zonal Office building of Rajkot Municipal Corporation, he said it was his pledge to build a Ram temple at Ayodhya. ''On this day every year, I am visiting the Somnath temple regularly for 'darshan' for the past 16 years with a dream that Ram Temple would be built at Ayodhya,'' he said.

Earlier, Mr Advani arrived at Somnath and performed 'puja' at the historic Somnath temple in Junagadh district to commemorate the 16th anniversary of his maiden 'Rath Yatra' to Ayodhya in 1990 that also coincided with the birth anniversary of veteran leader Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay. Mr Advani spent an hour in Somnath.
