Leopard kills boy in Rajouri district

Jammu, Sept 25: In a tragic incident, a boy was killed by a leopard in Thanamandi village of Rajouri disrict in Jammu and Kashmir.

According to reports, the leopard entered a house of the village early yesterday and took away the boy, who was asleep at that time.

The villagers later found the half-eaten body of the boy on the outskirts of the village.

This is the 19th leopard attack during the past nine months in the area in which three people have died and 29 were injured.

Last Saturday only, a leopard had killed a woman at Ganah village under Nowshera tehsil in the district.
