Former World Shuttle Champion Morten Frost to visit Bangalore

Bangalore, Sept 25 (UNI) Former World Shuttle Champion Morten Frost Hansen will be on a week-long visit to the city from October 14.

Four times All England Champion will conduct a three-day clinic for coaches and players of Karnataka during his stay, according to a release from Karnataka Badminton Association (KBA) here today.

After retiring, Morten was the Head Coach of the Malaysian Badminton and South African Badminton teams before returning to Denmark last year. At present, he is in charge of the Arhus Training Centre where the Danish number one and former World Number one Peter Gade is training.

Former All England Champion Prakash Padukone and Morten had played in exhibition matches here 23 years ago.
