Eicher Motors opens 2nd CV dealership in B'lore

New Delhi, Sep 25: Eicher Motors Ltd today inaugurated its second Commercial Vehicle dealership in Bangalore, to provide sales and after sales support to the rapidly growing customer base in Karnataka.

Dealership, AADYA, has a state of the art 15 Bay workshop located on the busy NH 4 Highway on Old Madras Road.

''At the core of 'Eicher advantages' is the Eicher vehicle's highly rated fuel efficiency,'' Eicher Motors Chief Executive A Ramasubramanian said.

Eicher has overall 130 dealerships across the country with approximately 35-40 in the South.

The E-2 series would be the next step in setting new benchmarks in pioneering LCV's -- which not only offer unparalleled fuel-efficiency, but also better drivability and sturdier performance, Mr Ramasubramanian disclosed.

Eicher Motors Ltd is part of the over Rs 2,200 crore Eicher Group, engaged in manufacturing and marketing of trucks and buses, motorcycles, automotive gears and components and management consulting.

The Group has also set up The Eicher Engineering Solutions (EES) to exploit the opportunities in the Engineering Services Sector.
