Delhi Assembly session to start from Oct 30

New Delhi, Sep 25 (UNI) The ninth session of the third Legislative Assembly of Delhi will be held from October 30 to November 10.

A decision to this effect was taken by the Delhi cabinet, in a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit today.

Earlier, the monsoon session of the Legislative Assembly could not take place as the Assembly complex was being renovated.

The cabinet also gave its nod for introduction of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Amendment Bill, 2006 in the Assembly and the new Entertainment Tax Policy for promotion of arts, culture and heritage in Delhi.
