CBI files 4 FIRs in CGHS scam case

New Delhi, Sep 25 (UNI) The CBI today filed four FIRs naming 29 accused in the Cooperative Group Housing Society (CGHS) scam in a special CBI court.

The FIRs were filed in the court of Special Judge G P Mittal against the Living Joint CGHS Ltd, Bank Melas CGHS Ltd, Delhi State Newspaper Employees' CGHS Ltd and India Duplicate CGHS Ltd.

In March 2006, the Delhi High court had directed the investigating agency to file the FIRs.

The accused included then Registrars Gopal Dikshit and R K Srivastava and then Assistant Registrar B P Mathur.
