Bangla police held suspect Indian terrorist

Dhaka, Sept 25 (UNI) The police held a suspected Indian terrorist along with his local associate from Hitempur village in western Meherpur district.

On a tip-off the police raided the house of Bisharad (30) and held him and his Indian associate Sree Sannasi (35) yesterday night.

UNB news agency said four powerful bombs and five bullets were seized from them.

Sannasi, son of Jitendra, came from Teinpur village of Murutia thana in Nadia district of West Bengal.

Police suspect that they were involved in cases abduction of young boys and girls.

Abductions are frequent in the region and often ransom amount in lakhs of Taka.
