Amitabh praises UP govt for development works

Etawah, Sep 25 (UNI) Bollywood actor and millennium star Amitabh Bachchan today appreciated the development works done by the Samajwadi Party-led Uttar Pradesh government.

Addressing a gathering at Saifai, a native village of the CM, Bachchan said UP chief minister and SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav was always thinking about the welfare of people.

''The 'Kanya Vidya Dhan' and unemployment allowance schemes were great steps in this direction,'' Bachchan added.

''The future of India is on the shoulders of youth and unemployment allowance would help them to get rid of depression till they find job,'' the actor observed.
