Pune, Sep 24 (UNI) Moderate to rather heavy rainfall is likely to occur at many places over south Konkan.

Light to moderate rainfall is also likely to occur at a few places over north Konkan, Madhya Maharashtra and Marathwada, according to the weather forecast valid for Maharashtra, excluding Vidarbha, and Goa.
