Pawar unveils ex-minister Shripatrao Bondre's statue

Kolhapur, Sep 24 (UNI) A statue of former State Agriculture minister late Shripatrao Bondre, was unveiled by Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Chief and Union Agriculture minister Sharad Pawar, at Phulewadi suburb toady.

Speaking on this occasion Mr Pawar remembered the works carried out in the field of agriculture, education and sports by late Mr Bondre.

Maharashtra Co-operation minister Patangrao Kadam, who presided over the function also spoke on this occasion.

Those present on this occasion were State School Education minister Hassan Mushrif, Kolhapur Mayor Sai Kharade, Shahu Maharaj, Daily Pudhari editor Pratapsinh Jadhav, two MPs from this district, MLAs and others.
