Raipur, Sep 24 (UNI) Senior BJP leader and former Union minister Murli Manohar Joshi has cautioned Indian newspapers and news agencies against the ''conspiracies'' of MNCs.

Expressing apprehension that Indian newspapers might vanish from local markets just as Indian objects are disappearing from advertisements courtesy increasing materialism on part of MNCs, the renowned academician urged intellectuals to contemplate over the issue.

He released a BJP silver jubliee special edition brought out by Swadesh.

''The late Kushabhau Thakre, Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia and Govind Sarang were associated with Swadesh,'' said Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh.
