Ex-babus against MP govt's RSS move

Bhopal, Sep 24 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh government's decision allowing its employees to participate in RSS activities will have a detrimental effect on society and the administration, feel former bureaucrats.

The view was expressed at a discussion organised under the aegis of the Swami Pranvananda Journalism Trust of India, a release said here today.

Speakers included former chief secretaries R S Khanna, K S Sharma, ex-DGP A N Singh, retired IAS officers Man Dahima, Ramakant Dubey and former deputy collector Devi Saran.

''Government employees should and can be loyal only to the Constitution,'' felt Mr Singh, as per the release.
