Bhagat's birth centenary celebration from Sep 28

Hyderabad, Sept 24: All India Democratic Students' Organisation (AIDSO) state president S Govindacharulu has said that the birth centenary celebrations of 'Shaheed-e-Azam' Bhagat Singh would be organised at the national level from September 28.

Addressing mediapersons here yesterday, Mr Govindacharulu said the year-long birth centenary celebrations of the eminent freedom fighter would be organised by the AIDSO, All India Mahila Samskrutika Sangham (AIMSS) and All India Democratic Youth Organisation (AIDYO).

Stating that the celebrations would be launched in the city on September 28, he said cultural programmes and seminars would be held across the country.

The celebrations would also propagate the ideology of Bhagat Singh, he added.
